10 months old

I am going to quickly catch up, so that I can write and post pictures from Luke's One Year Old Party.. Luke spent almost his entire 10th month in Utah celebrating Christmas with our families. Obviously we were there too. Luke at first loved the attention (the first day), then he woke up to a weird place, in a weird bed and sort of did not like it. Plus his Dad was only on a computer for 10 days.. It was really had for him. He was really clingy and did not sleep well. Then Daddy arrived and it made things a lot better. He at least was better about going to other people and enjoying the attention he was getting constantly. Luke loved all the pretty things that Christmas time brings. He was really good about not destroying my mom's tree...until after Christmas. :)Luke was first unsure about Santa, but after seeing him several times he got excited to hear his bells ringing. Luke loved opening presents! He loved riping paper and playing with the bows and boxes. He was really good to be excited with each gift. Luke's favorite present was his new binkies. He sat and played with them for a long time. He got balls, and cars from grandma and grandpa Honsvick, new clothes, and books from grandma and grandpa Freeman, a new book from Aunt Callie and Uncle Terron, and blocks from Aunt Rachel, Uncle Mike, cousins TObin and Noah. We gave him a push and go alligator, clothes, binkies, some books, and other little things. Santa gave Luke a stride and ride puppy (which he brought to Luke's Philadelphia home) It was a great Christmas and as always Luke was spoiled. We enjoyed every minute we had with our family and friends. Luke still takes two great naps everyday. He learned the pincer grasp this month, so he can feed himself cheerios and puffs, etc. Luke loved to have anyone walk him around. You could be his best friend if you would take his little hands in yours and walk him around the house for a long time. Luke learned to sit up from laying down (this was big for me). Luke got his first tooth this month! We found out he is very jealous, he would not let Mommy hold any of his brand new baby cousins. Playing in Grandmas kitchen. Christmas Eve and Christmas Day
